SFRRC Coaches Mission


As coaches, we support and inspire our members to achieve their running goals and accomplish more than they ever thought possible through our knowledge and passion for the sport of running.





 
 
 
    
  We are very lucky to have experienced coaches who volunteer their time to help members of the SFRRC have a safe and enjoyable running career.  Our coaches have completed RRCA (Road Runners Clubs of America) Coaching Certifications, USATF (USA Track & Field) coaching credentials, and the Jack Daniels VDOT Distance Coaching Certification.

Free Speed: Take Shorter Strides/Steps
 
TRACK:
WHY DRILLS before running? Drills help improve speed, running form, and efficiency. We will do some variation of thesebefore workouts on Tuesday at Kezar Track Night: High Knees, Quick Feet (improve cadence/turnover), Skipping, Carioca, Butt Kicks. Come join us!
