    NOTE: If you are a prospective member taking us for a test run, or an out-of-town visitor, you must sign a waiver before running with us.  Download a copy here and bring it with you.  Please also check out our FAQ Page for other important details.

Saturday Morning Run: September 4, 2010  

Starting from: Marina Green (Directions)


6:30 am start - 20-24 miles
7:45 am start - 5, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 miles


If you are planning on running the 20-24 mile route at 6:30am, please register at: 6:30AM Long Run - 9/4/2010 by Thursday.

As always, please download and print your own route- Go to
Coaches' Corner to get the routes. 

 

 

Fall/Winter Marathon Programs

Chicago Marathon: 22-24 miles

Nike Women Marathon: 16-20 miles

NYC Marathon: 16-20 miles

Cal International Marathon - 14-16 miles

 

Fall Half Marathon Programs

San Jose Rock and Roll Half Marathon: 12 miles

Nike Half Marathon - 8-10 miles

Tuesday Track - 6:30 p.m.

 

Meet at West Gate of Kezar Stadium (Directions), led by Coach Jenni Kirk (jenekirk@gmail.com). For more information, click HERE (accessible to members only). If it's your first time coming to the track, please email Jenni so we know to wait for you. Sometimes we do our workouts in the park, so we don't want to miss anyone!  

 

 


Thursday Morning Tempo Workout  - 6:00 a.m. Sharp!

 

Meet at the NW corner of Marina Green (Directions), led by Jennifer Lashua (runningjen@gmail.com ). For more information, click HERE (accessible to members only). 

 

If you arrive early, please leave a note in your back window indicating that you are running with SFRRC. The parking lot does not officially open until 6:00 am.
