Saturday Club Run: A Runner's Mind

YOU ARE INVITED to our monthly breakfast run!!

If you are a member, invite your running friends - it's THE time to do it! If not a member, you are welcome too, so don't miss out! Rain or shine, our run begins at 7:45am. We have pace groups from 7:00 min/mile to 11:00 min/mile, so there are plenty at your speed. We'll also have routes or 3, 5, 8, 10, 12 miles and longer. Also, take note that the 9min/mile groups and up do a 1 minute walk every 8 minutes.
 
A Runner's Mind will be flipping pancakes for us ALL when you return. We'll have other good breakfast food after too.

VERY IMPORTANT: We have extended our annual, substantial discount, bulk shoe buy with A Runner's Mind. It goes thru this Saturday, so you can try shoes on, if you're not ordering your favorite current shoe (where you know the size).

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:  The more club members who order shoes, the higher the discount for everybody. Please click HERE to learn more and order your shoes. Any running shoe, any major brand (On and Hoka, also included). We've already reached 25% with well over 100 shoes ordered. As of Saturday, August 4th at 1pm we need only 16 more shoes to be ordered to get 30% off! Come on SF Road Runners... WE CAN DO THIS.

Remember, rotate your running shoes - reduce injury. Do consider a lighter pair for marathon, half-marathon, 5k racing.
