Club members: Join us for a very special run/workout evening with Dean Karnazes. Dean will join us for book signing at 6pm, then at 6:30pm, we'll begin with a moment of silence for those we lost on September 11th, and then formally welcome ultra-marathoner & NY Times bestselling author Dean Karnazes. He will speak to us for about 15 minutes with words of encouragement and Q&A, and then we'll go on a two or three mile easy run in Golden Gate Park. For those wanting a workout, we'll be running a split tempo workout (with Dean) upon returning to the track.
Dean will also sign books after our run.

One of Dean's sponsors is Fitbit and we will be giving away a new
Fitbit Ionic at the run.
Ultima Replenisher will be providing water bottles and drink samples to all at the event too:

NOTE: If you haven't joined SFRRC before, you are welcome to try us this evening! Please arrive early to sign a wavier. Members, of course, bring a guest.
