About this event
Join us for a great Recovery session with Jenny! After a weekend of long runs (especially those who ran Boston this past Monday!) and trail running, this class will help stretch those hard working muscles and give your body the recovery it needs to stay healthy and strong.
The Zoom link will be sent to you by 5 pm on the day of the session and the class will open up 5 minutes before for "socializing" with your run buddies. Following the session, Jenny always plans for extra time to answer any mobility, strength and/or recovery questions you might have.
