SFRRC Community Conversation with 2020 USA Olympic Trials Runner-Up Champion Molly Seidel
You are invited for a special evening with, Molly Seidel, the second place finisher at this year's U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials. That day she secured her spot on the U.S. team in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. We are deeply honored to be able to have Molly with us.

Our evening with Molly should be filled with something for everybody including 20 minutes of Q&A for her to answer any of your questions
Molly grew up in southeastern Wisconsin and in high school won the cross country, and track 1600m and 3200m, state meet all four years totaling 12 titles. She was named Gatorade National Female Cross Country Runner of the Year in high school and won the 2011 national Foot Locker Cross Country Championships.
Then America's fastest high schooler went on to attend the University of Notre Dame where she became the NCAA Division 1 national cross country champion. And in track went on to win the 3000m, 5000m, and 10,000m NCAA Championships too!
Yes, this runner who became known as the "barista who qualified for the Olympics" was far more than that - she was one of America's most highly respected and feared runners. Molly was working at a coffee shop in addition to being a professional runner, hence that tag line. That said, while she says her latte art is really horrible, she can make a very good cortado and cappuccino.
And, yes, this Olympian loves to eat donuts too. :)
We'll talk on above, hear about some of her workouts, motivation, and simply get to know Molly a little more... And, of course, encourage her to come for a run with us when she visits the great city of San Francisco.
Our c
o-host for the evening with Molly will be
Teresa McWalters,
4-time U.S. Olympic Trials qualifier. Teresa is a member of San Francisco's all-woman elite development racing team of the Impalas. She first met Molly when they were placed as hotel mates at the USA 5K Road Race Championships in NYC a few years ago. And she ran the Trials this year with Molly on February 29th.
We hope you can join us for this special event with the San Francisco Road Runners!
