Come share some miles, laughter, and snacks with your SFRRC friends while drawing some festive Strava Art! This month we have a holiday theme, drawing RUDOLPH! Date: Thursday, December 14th Time: 5:50pm Location: Monaghan‘s Bar (3243 Pierce St). Runners may leave their items at the bar at their own discretion. Theme: HOLIDAY / RUDOLPH. Dressing on theme, including ugly sweaters, is highly encouraged! Routes & Paces: There will be one route, 6.3 miles! Everyone will start together, and we‘ll likely divide into three pace groups along the way (each will have a leader): Group 1: 8:30-9ish Group 2: 9-10:30ish Group 3: No Drop Post-Run: Stay and mingle with other runners at Monaghan‘s!

After a weekend of logging miles, start off your week with a great Runners‘ Recovery class with run coach and mobility specialist, Jenny Maier. This class will be perfect to ease those tired muscles and help your body bounce back for your weekly miles. Jenny will lead us through a series of stretches and moves designed to support those hardworking muscles key to running and help make us stronger and more resilient! No experience or equipment is necessary (if you have a mat, or yoga block, they are helpful). The Zoom link will be emailed to all registrants the morning of class day.
