Join us virtually on Monday (6-7 pm) for our next Runners’ Strength & Mobility session! Run coach and movement specialist, Jenny Maier, will lead us through a series of yoga inspired strengthening exercises/stretches designed to help build and support strong muscles for injury free running.
As always, there‘ll be time at the end of class for Jenny to answer any questions you have about specific concerns you might be experiencing with your running and exercises that might help address those issues. The Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants by 5:30 pm on the day of class.

Everyone is welcome to try us out and hang out! Run, have fun, eat a delicious brunch, and meet a bunch of friends!
We will also have awesome partners joining us, including Barry‘s, Altra, Stretch Lab, Cushy, Freak Shake, and Renew PT. Bring your lightly used running shoes to donate to Sneakers 4 Good!
