About this event
Start off your week with a great Runners' Recovery class with run coach and mobility specialist, Jenny Maier. For those who are doing our Tiburon Run (Sat 6/17), this class will be perfect to ease those tired muscles and help your body bounce back for your weekly miles. Jenny will lead us through a series of stretches and moves designed to target those hardworking runner muscles and help make us stronger and more resilient runners.
Join us via Zoom from the comfort of your home, your hotel room, if you're traveling or wherever you might be. We'll send the a reminder with a link to the Zoom the day of.
